The Group is embarking on an exciting and challenging transformation program and our software solutions are a driving force behind this strategy using cloud computing and leading-edge design patterns. \nWe are looking for an experienced Program Managerto join the project for an 6-month engagement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgramme governance\nBuild and maintain an integrated end-to-end plan across all workstreams\nDefine and track milestones, deliverables, owners and dependencies\nTrack plan vs. actual; run a weekly RAG status and decision cadence\nOwn the overall status as the single source of truth\nRollout and scale-up\nEnsure readiness for OEM/insurer rollouts (incl. regional readiness, E2E process/SOP)\nDefine and monitor go/no-go criteria\nSynchronise repair-shop onboarding, training (incl. train-the-trainer), product releases and insurer integrations\nSteer rollout, hypercare and handover to business-as-usual\nDependency and critical-path management\nSeparate must-haves for the next rollout from items that can follow later\nIdentify technical deliverables that block volume\nMake dependencies between OEM, insurer, gateway, operations and network visible\nSurface resource and prioritisation conflicts that put dates at risk\nProduct and process stabilisation\nCreate transparency on incidents, defects and workarounds (age, resolution time, root causes, owners)\nDrive root-cause resolution of recurring issues\nPrevent permanent manual workarounds from replacing technical fixes\nTrack reduction of lead time and touchpoints\nKPI and performance management\nBuild or consolidate a KPI framework: volume actual vs. forecast, open cases, process deviations, manual touchpoints\nMeasure lead times across process checkpoints: coverage confirmation, repair-estimate approval, estimate resubmission, invoice approval, payment confirmation\nManage incidents/defects by count, age and resolution time\nTrack repair-shop activation and usage and technical/operational readiness\nResource and prioritisation management\nSpot bottlenecks early and make their impact transparent\nSteer prioritisation within the programme\nMake prioritisation needs versus other initiatives visible, based on facts\nEscalate decisions in time\nStakeholder and management engagement\nCentral coordinator between business, operations, product, gateway/IT, network development, OEMs, insurers and management\nManagement reporting: status, changes since last report (with history), risks, dependencies, decisions, escalations\nRequirements:\nMust-have\nVery strong end-to-end programme management\nExperience in complex, cross-functional transformation/IT programmes\nTechnical understanding to challenge dependencies and deliverables\nRigorous task, risk, dependency and decision management\nTrack record in rollout and scale-up programmes\nStakeholder management up to executive level\nStrong analytical skills, KPI-driven\nAble to translate between business, operations and IT\nStrong delivery focus and consistent follow-up\nUpper intermediate English and German speaking language\nNice-to-have\nAutomotive/OEM\nInsurance and claims processes\nRepair-shop or network processes\nDigital process platforms, system integrations/interfaces\nIncident/defect/backlog management\nChange, training and rollout experience\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
