This is an AI-first project with extensive use of AI DLC practices.\nResponsibilities:\nWriting automated test scripts to verify and validate that the new software meets the business needs\nGaining a strong understanding of the business operation\nRecording and monitoring QA test results\nEnhancing existing automation back-end and front-end framework\nProviding coaching support to others in the QA team\nProviding QA effort estimates in work refinement sessions\nHelping to drive the test automation strategy across the business\nRunning performance tests and ensuring that the results meet established levels\nAssisting in the user acceptance test (UAT) process by helping end users understand how to use the software\nTest planning activities and stream ownership\nAI-driven mindset and readiness.\nBe an active member of the Scrum team, improving processes and ensuring that the team delivers on their commitment\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in software testing.\nStrong practical knowledge of C#/.NET, including the ability to write and maintain automated tests using C#.\nExperience with RestSharp.\nExperience with TypeScript and Playwright.\nExperience in REST and SOAP API testing.\nExperience with test data creation.\nExperience in exploratory testing and Agile testing practices.\nExperience with Git.\nKnowledge of industry-standard QA processes, testing practices, tools, and techniques.\nExperience working in an Agile environment using Scrum.\nUpper-Intermediate English with strong verbal and written communication skills.\nNice-to-have:\nExperience with AI-assisted development and testing practices, including MCP servers, `.md` files, and building AI-related ecosystems.\nAn AI-first mindset and interest in exploring new AI tools and technologies.\nExperience working with enterprise-level customers and in medium-to-large development teams.\nExperience using Jira as an SDLC management tool.\nActive involvement in the development community, such as contributing to blogs, open-source projects, or researching new technologies.\nPersonal qualities:\nSelf-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to think outside the box.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with local and remote teams.\nWillingness to continuously learn, improve, and adapt to new technologies.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
