The role also involves developing expertise in the company’s strategic technology platform built on Microsoft Azure, which supports clients across the global insurance industry.\nResponsibilities:\nWriting automated test scripts to verify and validate that the new software meets the business needs\nGaining a strong understanding of the business operation\nRecording and monitoring QA test results \nEnhancing existing automation back-end and front-end framework \nProviding coaching support to others in the QA team\nProviding QA effort estimates in work refinement sessions\nHelping to drive the test automation strategy across the business\nRunning performance tests and ensuring that the results meet established levels\nAssisting in the user acceptance test (UAT) process by helping end users understand how to use the software\nBe an active member of the Scrum team, improving processes and ensuring that the team delivers on their commitment\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in testing (with at least 3 years in UI/API automation).\nSound knowledge and experience of Web Application testing, including API testing using Rest #.\nKnowledge of OOP, SOLID, and other principles\nExperience in testing systems with a microservice architecture\nKnowledge of how CRUD services work\nExperience using the C# language.\nExperience with software QA processes, methodologies, and tools. \nExperience and desire to perform Manual testing\nSound knowledge of SQL Server and TSQL, Visual Studio, Git, Selenium, Xray, and Page Object Model.\nKnowledge of current industry-wide quality & test processes, practices, tools, and techniques.\nSelf-organizing problem solver with the ability to think outside the box.\nWorks effectively with both local and remote colleagues, collaborating, motivating, and energizing others.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.\nContinuously looking to improve and learn new technologies, participating actively in the development community, contributing to blogs, researching, or Opensource.\nEnjoys working in a fast-paced environment.\nPrevious experience working in medium-sized development teams.\nExperience working in an agile environment employing Scrum methodology and JIRA as SDLC management tool.\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
