As a key member of the team, you will bridge business needs and technical implementation, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps throughout the entire product lifecycle.\nResponsibilities:\n\nGather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.\nTranslate high-level business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.\nDrive requirements from discovery through implementation and product release.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful delivery.\nModel business processes using BPMN and UML.\nCreate and maintain high-quality project documentation in Confluence.\nAnalyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.\nParticipate in REST API design and integration discussions.\nDefine and document both functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, security, and performance.\nRequirements:\n\n5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.\nProven experience delivering complex web and mobile products.\nStrong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.\nExperience managing requirements throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nHands-on experience with BPMN and UML.\nSolid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, Backend, Frontend, QA, and DevOps.\nStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExperience working with Confluence and Jira.\nUnderstanding of non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, and performance.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nNice to Have:\nExperience in Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.\nKnowledge of API integrations and OpenAPI/Swagger.\nExperience with event-driven architecture or messaging systems.\nFamiliarity with cloud-native applications and distributed systems.\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
