The solution will use private connectivity, BGP routing, Amazon S3, and an isolated AWS environment.\nThe engineer will separate partner traffic from business-critical production traffic. The role includes architecture, implementation, testing, migration, documentation, and production support.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement BGP routing over redundant IPsec VPN tunnels.\nDesign isolated AWS environments with VPCs, Transit Gateway, and controlled routing.\nImplement a secure managed file transfer solution based on partner protocol requirements.\nIntegrate file transfer services with Amazon S3 and internal systems.\nProvision and manage AWS infrastructure through infrastructure as code.\nImplement access controls, encryption, secrets management, logging, and monitoring.\nDefine file validation, recovery, reconciliation, and failure-handling processes.\nPlan and complete migration with parallel testing and rollback procedures.\nProduce architecture diagrams, network plans, implementation documents, and operational runbooks.\nCoordinate delivery with partner, security, network, application, and platform teams.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nExtensive production experience with AWS infrastructure and networking.\nStrong knowledge of VPCs, Transit Gateway, IPsec VPNs, BGP, and routing\nExperience with Amazon S3, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, and VPC endpoints.\nExperience with managed file transfer platforms and external partner integrations.\nStrong network, Linux, and application troubleshooting skills.\nExperience with security controls, monitoring, recovery testing, and incident response.\nStrong technical writing and stakeholder coordination skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with TerraformAnsible.\nProduction experience with IBM Connect.\nExperience with financial services or another regulated industry.\nKnowledge of mainframe environments and critical production traffic.\nExperience with AWS multi-account governance.\nAWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty certification.\nAWS Certified DevOps Engineer -
