They help the global insurance market to handle millions of claims each year in the most cost-effective and efficient ways possible.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide knowledge/helping/mentoring to other developers - team philosophy is important for us!\nWork on business requests and development improvements - proactivity is appreciated!\nDevelop, test, document and maintain our application back end\nBuild scalable and reusable code\nProvide realistic estimates for requests, fixes and new ideas\nCreate unit tests\nWrite clear and precise technical documentation\nManage realistic work deadlines\nParticipate in all the scrum ceremonies and be part of the team performance and continuous improvement\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience of Microsoft development stack including; .NET C#, SQL Server T-SQL.\nExperience with ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular, Git\nHands-on with Azure cloud, .NET core, SOLID principles, Microservices architecture, Design principles, Jira\nIdeally, you will have experience working with Scrum methodology in a variety of contexts; different team sizes, organizational cultures, distributed development, etc.\nHands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).\nA track record of previous experience, including training, conferences, user groups, and self-study, is desirable.\nStrong verbal and written communication in Spanish\nPersonal attributes:\nSelf-organising problem solver.\nAble to think outside the box (open thinking).\nStrong ability to work effectively in a team.
