In this role, you’ll:\nSupport and maintain our infrastructure\nResolve operational issues\nContribute to process improvements and automation\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid technical foundation, a desire to learn, and a drive to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive team.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem Monitoring & Support: Monitor system health and performance, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to ensure reliable operations.\nDocumentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)\nOperational Tasks: Perform software updates, system patching, and manage user access\nAutomation: Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under guidance\nCollaboration: Work with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and continuously improved.\nWhat You Bring\nTechnical Skills:\nBasic Linux and/or Windows administration with troubleshooting abilities\nExposure to scripting or programming with Python and Bash\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferable, but also AWS is taken into consideration)\nAwareness of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)\nBasic networking knowledge (IP addresses, DNS, troubleshooting)\nBasic Qualifications\n4+ years in IT, system administration, or related field\nFoundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, or cloud technologies\nExperience with monitoring, logging, or cloud platforms\nExposure to automation tools or practices\nFamiliarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus\nPassion for technology and solving real-world problems\nWhy Join Us?\nYou’ll build a strong foundation in operations engineering while working alongside experienced professionals.
