The engineer will work closely with development, QA, platform, and DevSecOps teams to define measurable performance expectations and integrate non-functional testing into our release process.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and execute non-functional test scenarios covering load, stress,\nscalability, endurance, failover, and resilience testing.\nSimulate real-world user traffic and peak load conditions to validate system\nIdentify performance bottlenecks across application, database, API,\ninfrastructure, and network layers.\nWork closely with developers, DevSecOps, QA, product, and infrastructure teams\nto define test objectives and acceptance criteria.\nPrepare detailed test reports including observations, bottlenecks, metrics, risks,\nand recommendations.\nSupport performance testing as part of CI/CD pipelines where applicable.\nSkills required:\n5+ years of commercial expertise in performance testing\nExperience designing load, stress, scalability, endurance and resilience tests.\nStrong experience with performance and load testing, preferably using tools such\nas k6, Gatling, JMeter, Locust, or similar.\nGood understanding of HTTP APIs, distributed systems, concurrency, queues and\nasynchronous processing.\nExperience with Kubernetes / containerized environments.\nAbility to analyse CPU, memory, JVM heap, disk, network and application metrics.\nExperience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry\nor similar.\nExperience integrating non-functional tests into CI/CD or scheduled test\nScripting/programming skills in a language suitable for test automation.\nAbility to work with developers to reproduce production/customer performance\nproblems and turn them into automated regression scenarios.\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
