A solid technical understanding of IT is essential, as the managed streams have a significant technical component.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise solution-based projects end-to-end: Discovery, MVP, release, and support\nLead PMP-grade project management covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, and cross-functional dependencies\nAct as Scrum Master for dev teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and tracking metrics\nConsult clients on SAFe implementation, PI planning, ART coordination, and hybrid delivery frameworks\nSupport account management for staff augmentation teams, managing team health, utilization, and escalations\nMaintain technical dialogue with engineers and assess enterprise system integration risks\nDrive hands-on GenAI adoption in management workflows (reporting, planning) and coach teams on AI-assisted practices\nServe as primary contact for senior stakeholders, delivering transparent status reports and strategic roadmaps\nRequirements:\n5+ years combined experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles\nProven track record in end-to-end solution delivery, hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) environments, and staff augmentation models\nHands-on experience within SAFe environments and multi-vendor governance setups\nStrong technical background covering SDLC, software architecture, enterprise integrations, and DevOps/CI-CD\nPractical experience applying GenAI tools to management workflows and delivery optimization\nProficiency with standard project management tooling (Jira, MS Project, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)\nExcellent executive presentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills\nAt least Upper Intermediate English level.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe certifications\nAWS or Azure certification (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect)\nHands-on technical background (prior engineering/IT role)\nConsulting background or experience in enterprise software for industrial/manufacturing sectors\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
