You’ll be responsible for leading complex solution engagements, from discovery and advisory to implementation, while mentoring architecture talent, strengthening practices, and contributing to company-wide strategic growth.\nThis role is ideal for a seasoned architect with strong consulting capabilities, a track record of hands-on project delivery, and the ability to scale architectural impact across multiple teams and accounts.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic & Leadership Responsibilities:\nLead architecture visioning and cross-cutting strategic initiatives across a portfolio of enterprise clients.\nDrive practice growth by establishing frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets for solution delivery and consulting engagements.\nBuild and mentor architecture and engineering teams, ensuring capability uplift and technical excellence across accounts.\nAct as a trusted advisor to client C-level executives and technology leaders, helping shape digital strategy and technology roadmaps.\nGovern architecture implementation across the portfolio to ensure alignment with best practices, maintainability, and long-term value.\nDelivery & Consulting Responsibilities:\nLead or guide discovery phases, assessments, technical workshops, and architecture audits.\nTranslate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, sustainable architectural solutions.\nOwn solution proposals during pre-sales and upsales, including technical vision, high-level design, risk management, and cost estimation.\nLead project execution, ensuring architecture is delivered according to vision.\nEvaluate and adopt emerging technologies, aligning client needs with forward-thinking architectural approaches.\nAct as a Chief Architect and lead a team with subordinate architects on the complex accounts.\nQualifications:\n10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and solution architecture.\n3+ years in an architecture leadership or principal-level role within the IT service / IT consulting environment.\nProven ability to lead complex, high-impact consultancy engagements with global enterprise clients.\nDemonstrated experience building solutions from scratch, preferably for large-scale distributed systems (team size 30+, duration 12+ months).\nDeep understanding of cloud-native architecture, with hands-on experience in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\nStrong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed system design.\nTrack record of coaching, mentoring, and team enablement within a matrixed or consulting environment.\nExceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills-equally comfortable with engineers and executives.\nFluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.\nEnglish - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced\nDesirable Certifications:\nSEI Software Architecture Professional\nTOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification\nCloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)\nDomain-specific expertise in areas such as data platforms, security, or enterprise integration is a plus\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
