We work across FMCG, retail, health and beauty and luxury goods.\nRequirements\nCampaign Delivery\nOversee the successful fulfilment of campaign staffing requirements.\nEnsure work is effectively prioritised, planned and allocated across the team.\nMonitor booking activity and performance data to maintain high fulfilment and quality standards.\nLiaise with Campaign Management teams to understand campaign briefs, objectives and budgets.\nEnsure vacant campaign shifts are filled with the most suitable contractors.\nContractor Management\nReview and quality-check contractor bookings and suitability.\nProvide constructive feedback to contractors to encourage continuous improvement.\nSupport and guide new contractors and those requiring additional coaching.\nManage self-booking approvals, ensuring contractors match campaign requirements.\nWork closely with Quality Assurance teams to address performance concerns.\nOperational Excellence\nProduce accurate reports and performance updates for senior management.\nManage team rotas and holiday planning to maintain service levels.\nContribute ideas and recommendations to improve systems, processes and contractor experience.\nActively challenge existing ways of working and implement improvements.\nAct as a positive ambassador for both N2O and our clients.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nProven experience managing and leading high-performing teams in an office environment (essential).\nStrong coaching, mentoring and people development skills.\nExperience managing performance, attendance and employee relations matters.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nConfident working with systems and technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management experience.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nAbility to make decisions independently and solve problems effectively.\nPositive, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and change.\nAbility to remain calm and effective under pressure.\nBenefits\nSalary £30,000 -
