Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, the purpose of the role is to understand upcoming requirements, agree priorities and coordinate warehouse capacity, deliveries and collections. They will oversee the day-to-day operation, ensuring that all goods are received in good condition and accurately counted, stored safely, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.\nThe role is responsible for maintaining high standards of health & safety, stock accuracy, operational efficiency, customer service and staff performance, whilst ensuring that warehouse activities comply with company procedures and relevant legislation.\nAbout N2O\nN2O is an award-winning creative brand experience agency and part of GLOBE GROUPE, the leading European shopper house dedicated to brand marketing.\nTrusted by some of the world’s most successful brands, N2O specialises in crafting insight-driven, relevant, engaging, and measurable campaigns that deliver results at home, in-store, out-of-home, and online.\nOur headquarters is in Maidenhead, with additional sites in Welwyn Garden City, Bedford and Hook.\nKey accountabilities:\nLead and manage all warehouse operations\nEnsuring the efficient receipt, storage, handling, picking, packing and dispatch of goods to meet operational and customer requirements.\nMaintain effective stock control and inventory management\nEnsuring accurate stock records, timely stock reconciliation, regular stocktakes and the investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety standards\nPromoting a safe working environment and ensuring all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.\nProvide effective leadership and management of warehouse employees,\nIncluding workforce planning, performance management, training, development and employee engagement.\nOversee goods-in, returns and quality control processes\nEnsuring all deliveries, damaged goods, discrepancies and returns are processed, recorded and resolved in a timely and accurate manner.\nCoordinate transport and logistics activities\nWorking closely with transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the safe, accurate and timely movement of goods.\nMonitor, analyse and report on warehouse performance\nProducing regular operational reports and KPIs to support informed decision-making and continuous service improvement.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives\nIdentifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve service levels, reduce costs and maintain high standards of warehouse performance.\nRequirements\nPrevious management experience of a warehouse or logistics operations\nGood understanding of goods-in, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch processes.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.\nGood organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritise workloads and meet operational deadlines.\nCompetent IT skills and experience using warehouse management or stock control systems.\nRelevant MHE and warehouse safety training.\nExperience managing stocktakes, and inventory investigations.\nExperience with transport coordination and goods movement documentation.\nExperience using KPI reporting and continuous improvement methods.\nBenefits\nGross Annual Salary £38K -
