systems.\n\nDrive and own key architectural and technological decisions within your domain.\n\nAnalyze business requirements, autonomously plan technical tasks, and estimate solutions.\n\nBuild and maintain integrations with distributed databases and message broker systems.\n\nElevate the team’s engineering culture through knowledge sharing, comprehensive code reviews, and mentoring.\n\nWhat We Expect:\nMinimum 5 years of commercial experience in Python with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.\n\nProven commercial track record working with Django, specifically in building and scaling REST APIs.\n\nStrong, practical knowledge of MySQL, Cassandra, and ClickHouse.\n\nHands-on experience with RabbitMQ and asynchronous communication patterns.\n\nA high degree of independence—you are comfortable owning a feature end-to-end, from gathering requirements to deployment and post-release maintenance.\n\nExcellent capability to estimate time and complexity, coupled with a critical, problem-solving approach to business requirements.\n\nA proactive, \"can-do\" mentality focused on achieving goals and finding optimal technical solutions.\n\nEnglish proficiency allowing for seamless
