What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from proposal stage and architectural design through to implementation, testing, and customer acceptance.

• Drive projects in full alignment with standardized industry procedures, quality assurance guidelines, and formal documentation standards (e.g., ECSS ).

• Track schedules, manage project budgets, allocate resources, and maintain proactive risk mitigation strategies.

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary software development and engineering teams.

• Produce formal project documentation, including compliance matrixes, status reports, and verification records.

• Maintain active communication with international clients, space agencies, and partners.

To Succeed, You’ll Need...

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in IT software development environment.

• High fluency in English (C1 level minimum, written and spoken) for daily international stakeholder interaction.

• Hands-on experience driving projects with high levels of formalization, structured processes, and quality standards.

• Strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and excellent team leadership skills.

• Ability to cooperate in a hybrid model attending the office 2–3 days per week.

• Academic background or technical experience in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace, or related engineering disciplines.

Great Additions

• Prior experience in the space, aerospace, or satellite software sector.

• Working knowledge of additional European languages.

• Familiarity with space-grade software standards.
