in English (C1 level minimum, written and spoken) for daily international stakeholder interaction.\n\nHands-on experience driving projects with high levels of formalization, structured processes, and quality standards.\n\nStrong analytical mind, attention to detail, and excellent team leadership skills.\n\nAbility to cooperate in a hybrid model attending the office 2–3 days per week.\n\nAcademic background or technical experience in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace, or related engineering disciplines.\n\nGreat Additions\nPrior experience in the space, aerospace, or
