Our passionate leaders recruit and develop high performing people, empowering them to deliver exceptional outcomes to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers and our communities.\nCapabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements\nExperience\n3-7 years’ relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Risk Analytics or related disciplines using SQL and Python \nExperience developing dashboards and management reporting solutions using Power Bi and Tableau. \nExperience delivering automation and data-driven process improvements.\nTechnical Capabilities\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nExperience working with large and complex datasets. \nAdvanced SQL, Excel and Power BI capability. \nExperience with Python and automation technologies. \nKnowledge of data modelling and reporting frameworks. \nUnderstanding of risk, compliance or control environments preferred. \nFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts desirable.\nQualification Requirements\nDegree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. \nPower BI, SQL, Pythonlanguage Proficiency. \nBanking, Financial Services, Risk or Audit experience preferred.\nKey Accountabilities\nDevelop, maintain and enhance risk dashboards, analytics and reporting solutions for NAB India Risk\nAnalyse data relating to Risks, Controls, Events, Findings and Obligations to identify emerging themes and trends\nSupport Line 2 reviews, assurance activities and thematic assessments through targeted analytics\nBuild automated monitoring and reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python and Power Platform tools\nSupport Regulatory Change Monitoring and Obligation Compliance oversight through analytics-driven insights\nImprove data quality, consistency and accessibility across India Risk reporting assets\nProduce regular and ad-hoc management information for governance forums and leadership reporting\nContribute to AI-enabled monitoring, predictive analytics and continuous improvement initiatives across the India Risk function\nMaintain appropriate documentation and governance for analytical models, dashboards and reporting tools\nA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone:\nOur goal is to foster a culture that fills us with pride, rooted in trust and respect.
