Our passionate leaders recruit and develop high performing people, empowering them to deliver exceptional outcomes to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers and our communities.\nEssential capabilities\nExperience in Hyperion infrastructure Support.\nExperience on Installation, Configuration of various Hyperion applications/components i.e. HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, ODI, FDMEE.\nExperience with migration, upgrade, troubleshooting of issues and patching activities.\nExperience with implementing SSO, integrating with Azure AD, encryption at rest/in transit and other industry standard Security requirements\nExperience with clustering and SSL setup for Hyperion apps.\nKnowledge on performance tuning activities to optimize the Hyperion servers and applications\nWork with CICD tools like Harness and demonstrate proficiency with AWS cloud.\nWork in an agile environment, attending stand-ups, planning and showcases.\nDemonstrate strong technical thought leadership that helps resolve technical barriers and roadblocks impacting delivery teams.\nKeep up to date with new tools and technologies relevant to the Service and proactively promote new tools and methodologies adoption.\nAdditional Capabilities\nBatch scheduling via tools such as Control-M\nScripting of batch jobs i.e. python scripting.\nSetup alerting and monitoring using Splunk and AppDynamnics.\nExcellent documentation and engaging communication skills with proven ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues in plain language to stakeholders\nStrong focus on quality and attention to detail.\nTime management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible and creative.\nAbility to provide knowledge transfer to team members to enable on-going support and train end users.\nExperience\nAt least 3 years experience in the following tools and capabilities:\nHyperion Infrastructure support and upgrade projects.\nRelational databases like Oracle.\nAWS and native services like IAM, KMS, EBS, EC2, S3 and RDS.\nExperience in application deployment and support of Windows and Linux based hosting of Hyperion apps.\nExperience of building CI/CD pipelines and toolsets such as Harness, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, etc.\nDeveloped skills in one or more of the programming languages e.g. Python.\nDesirable\nExperience in Data Engineering/Data Integration related roles.\nExperience in implementing / supporting data integration tools i.e. airflow / informatica.\nKey Accountabilities\nThe role of Analyst Engineer will have a strong focus placed on:\nTranslation of business requirements into system design.\nUndertaking impact assessment and change analysis across the landscape and integrations.\nCompleting technical configuration with traceability to meet requirements.\nUndertaking and supporting testing activities through the development and delivery lifecycle.\nSupporting technical and business implementation activities to ensure changes are delivered to high quality.\nThe role needs to be able to work autonomously, whilst also being a supportive team player who is colleague focused and committed to delivering quality solutions with consideration of business process and controls.\nKey Stakeholder Groups\nTech and business support colleagues.\nSolution Design/ Architecture teams.\nCloud Infrastructure teams.\nCyber Security and various other technical teams involved in the application lifecycle.\nKey Performance Indicators\nTake assigned initiatives from inception to successful change deployment, with focus of on time delivery and high-quality outcomes (zero incident implementation).\nSupport and resolution of any Production support incidents and recurring problem should they arise.\nMaintenance and support of application and underlying infrastructure components to meet NAB compliance standards.\nStakeholder engagement - recognised as ‘trusted advisor’ to the business.\nVoice of the colleague - positive stakeholder feedback for role in successful delivery.\nA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone:\nOur goal is to foster a culture that fills us with pride, rooted in trust and respect.
