The position is accountable for executing people leadership fundamentals in line with NAB policies, driving a learning-based culture, and leading engineering delivery across Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Architecture, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and customer-focused marketing technology solutions.\nYOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage multiple Agile teams to deliver engineering standards, sprint backlogs, release plans, code quality, platform reliability, and performance outcomes.\nLead engineering delivery across NAB's Marketing Technology ecosystem, including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and related customer engagement platforms.\nManage milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and technical roadmaps across multiple engineering teams and business stakeholders.\nDrive the design, integration, operation, and continuous improvement of MarTech solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer outcomes.\nEducate engineering teams and ensure feature releases comply with NAB risk management, security, and governance frameworks.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Architecture teams.\nAct as the voice of reason between delivery speed, platform quality, operational stability, and customer value.\nChampion the T-shaped engineering model and coach engineers to develop broader capabilities beyond their core discipline.\nProvide line management including 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, career development, training plans, and coaching.\nCoach teams in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.\nDrive adoption of AI-assisted engineering capabilities to improve productivity, delivery planning, solution design, code quality, documentation, and testing practices.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, delivery, and operational processes.\nDrive a learning-based culture with the ability to set and gain agreement on realistic and stretching objectives for the team.\nFulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time\nYOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE\nMust have:\n10+ years of experience in Software Development and Technology Delivery, with at least 5+ years leading cross-functional Agile engineering teams.\nStrong experience delivering enterprise-scale Marketing Technology solutions and leading engineering teams supporting Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms.\nExposure to Adobe products such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar customer engagement and personalization platforms.\nSolid understanding of Software Quality, DevOps environments, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.\nExcellent experience in SDLC methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.\nProven ability to manage and deliver complex technology initiatives involving multiple engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations.\nStrong stakeholder management experience, particularly partnering with Product, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams.\nProven people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.\nExperience managing code, release, and change management processes.\nExperience with IT Service Management practices and tools such as ServiceNow.\nStrong communication and influencing skills at both strategic and operational levels.\nFluent English communication skills.\nNice to have:\nAgile - Certified Scrum Master\nExperience in the Banking or Financial Services industry;\nFluent in English communication skills (both verbal & written\nTHE BENEFITS AND PERKS\nWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
