The position is also accountable for executing the people leader fundamentals in line with NAB Policies, driving a learning-based culture with an ability to set and gain agreement for realistic and stretching objectives for the team.\nProject description: You will be leading a squad in Governance Risk & Compliance team to enhance and build new interface for GRACE (Governance Risk and Compliance Engine) to support CPS230 program. (Australia Prudential Regulatory Authority - Operational Risk Management Standard). You will be working with GRC solution engineers on all aspects of agile delivery e.g. Requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, platform/Infrastructure including security and compliance, support and maintenance\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage multi Agile teams to deliver on engineering standards, sprint backlogs, and plans, engineers’ responsibilities and performance management, code quality, adherence to development, and testing guardrails.\n\nManage milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies of the engineering teams.\n\nEducate the engineering teams and ensure the release of features to production comply with NAB risk management frameworks. Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.\n\nBe the voice of reason between speed and quality.\n\nEvangelist of the T-shaped working model; coach engineers to be T-shaped, versatile, and take responsibility outside their core disciplines.\n\nLine management (1:1 meeting, personal development & training plan, career path, probation reviews, and performance reviews).\n\nCoach teams in applying Scrum and DevOps.\n\nBe responsible for continuous improvement of the teams.\n\nLead initiatives for implementing efficient development and delivery processes.\n\nDrive a learning-based culture with an ability to set and gain agreement for realistic and stretching objectives for the team.\n\nFulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.\n\nTechnical environment:\nMicroservices architecture system\n\nProgramming -Java, Python, JavaScript, MV* patterns, Nodejs, ReactJS (including Redux)\n\nDatabases - Postgres, MongoDB\n\nDevOps - Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, GitHub, CloudFormation\n\nCloud: Multi-Cloud, AWS (Lambda, Postgres, S3, API Gateway, CLI, SNS/SQS), Azure\n\nYOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE\nMust have:\n10+ years working experience in Software Development; 5+ years experience in leading cross-functional Agile teams.\n\nSolid understanding of Software Quality, DevOps environments.\n\nExcellent experience inSDLC methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.\n\nProven ability to manage and deliver complex technology projects involving multiple engineering teams both onshore and offshore.\n\nReal-world experience with large-scale Agile adoption, not just theoretical knowledge.\n\nStrong stakeholder management experience.\n\nProven people leadership, team building, motivation, and coaching skills.\n\nExperience in managing code and change management processes.\n\nExperience with IT Service Management (e.g. Release Management) and experience with using Service Now or similar.\n\nStrong ability to communicate at both strategic and operational level internally and externally, making effective decisions balancing business and stakeholder needs.\n\nFluent English skills.\n\nFulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.\n\nNice to have:\nAgile - Certified Scrum Master (preferred)\n\nExperience in the Banking or Financial Services industry; (preferred)\n\nFluent in English communication skills (both verbal & written)\n\nTHE BENEFITS AND PERKS\nWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
