This will include supporting the team and overseeingworkflow to ensure it is dealt with efficiently and accurately, in accordance withpolicies andprocedures to ensure cost effective and best practice service.\n\nSupport the management of the control environment, problem solving activities, process and change management initiatives, and provide training where required.\n\nEnsure the delivery and reduce risk to handle increase in volumes.\n\nWork closely with stakeholders to deliver business goals by providing direction, leadership, and coaching to the team.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBITIES\nEnsure the business is conducted in a way that positively supports risk reduction by improving the enterprise reconciliation control environment.\n\nLead team through effective AOM (Automation Operating Model), ensuring resources are managed appropriately and sufficient capacitylevels are maintainedto meet the peaks and troughs of activity.\n\nTo develop close working relationships with business partners and customers to ensure the timelyresolution of operational and service-relatedissues, providing advice and guidance in relation to any specialist areas of reconciliation activity.\n\nReview auto-match rates and KPI’s and promote changes to improve the matching/reconciliation processes to minimise exception handling.\n\nContinually work to identifyand support opportunities to transform and optimise operations performance.\n\nCoaching, monitoring, supervision of direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their role to be compliant with regulator and external legislation in a professional & ethical manner.\n\nOversee the creation and provision of appropriate trainingand development opportunities for team members, by organising a range of quality on the job training and experiential learning which will help engage them and improve job proficiency, competencyand career development.\n\nMonitor individual & team performance, team engagement, providing performance feedback Including recognition and performance improvement plans.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nMinimum 7 to 10 years' experience in process execution, data processing and operational role, highly preferable experience in Banking or Financial Service industry.\n\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in Leadership role.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.\n\nExperience with Excel (must have), SAP and PowerBI (nice to have).\n\nHave reporting skills and experience in working with cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and engagement skills.\n\nA strong focus on customer experience and handling eachinteraction with the customer front of mind.\n\nA team centric mindset andfoster a supportive team culture.\n\nStrong people leadership and coaching skills to influence team behaviours to successfully achieve business outcomes.\n\nMust be well organised and ability to prioritise tasks and meet fix timelines.\n\nExperience in process and change execution.\n\nAbility to drive outcomes and proactively identifyopportunities for improvement.\n\nTHE BENEFITS AND PERKS\nWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great workevery day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
