The Analyst, Marketing Performance Management will report to the Head Of Marketing Performance Management and will be responsible for data collection, cleaning, extraction, and validation. It will be executed via the data pipeline design, development, and maintenance of our Media Measurement capability and reporting to support marketing campaigns and optimisation.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nConsulting services to support the DOMO (BI tool) implementation in NAB Marketing\n\nImplement strategies to progressively reduce functional and non-functional defects within the production environments through use of production monitoring tools\n\nManage direct reports to deliver on the below, based on product owner requirements and specifications\n\nCreate and PROD new ETL functions\n\nUplift the existing ETL functions to improve the data pipeline and automation process, to reduce turnaround time to create/maintain datasets\n\nPerform BAU, defects and hygiene tasks in the DOMO platform (e.g: Data input monitoring and maintenance, data connector defects, content audits, user access audits).\n\nCreate and maintain new dashboards & visualisations\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n5+ years experience as a data engineer in complex data ecosystem.\n\nExtensive hands-on data analytics experience, synthesising actionable insights from raw data\n\nStrong business analysis experience\n\nExtensive experience in working in an agile environment\n\nExperience in DOMO platform is a plus\n\nTHE BENEFITS AND PERKS\nWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
