This role focuses on high-impact, forward-looking People & Culture (P&C) interventions including organisation design, talent strategy, and transformation.\nYOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\n1. Strategic Business Partnering\nPartner with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives\n\nProvide insight-led advice on workforce, capability and organisational priorities\n\n2. Organisation Effectiveness & Design\nLead organisation capability assessment and identify critical gaps\n\nIdentify key friction points across business domains and define action plans\n\nSupport organisation design and interaction models for scalability\n\n3. Talent & Leadership\nDrive Individual Development Plans (IDP) and G4+ assessments\n\nStrengthen leadership capability through coaching and engagement with GD and SLT\n\nContribute to succession planning and pipeline development\n\n4. Change & Transformation\nLead people aspects of enterprise transformations\n\nDrive structured change management aligned with business priorities\n\n5. Engagement & Retention\nMaintain ongoing leadership engagement with key talent segments (e.g. G4+)\n\nIdentify retention risks and recommend action plans.\n\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:\nKey Capabilities:\n1. Strategic & Commercial Partnering\nTranslate enterprise strategy into business-specific people priorities\n\nStrong commercial acumen to link workforce decisions to performance outcomes\n\nEnterprise mindset - optimises beyond individual\n\n2. Influence & Stakeholder Leadership\nHigh-impact influencing at SLT/ GD level\n\nAbility to challenge constructively and shape decisions without authority\n\nBuilds trust and navigates complex, matrix environments\n\n3. Organisation Design & Workforce Strategy\nDiagnose organisational capability gaps and design scalable structures\n\nApply org design principles (spans & layers, interaction models, capability alignment)\n\nStrong workforce planning and operating model thinking\n\n4. Change Leadership & Transformation\nDrive structured change management and business readiness\n\nAbility to manage ambiguity and large-scale transformation\n\n5.
