You will help shape a centralized data foundation, creating a trusted single source of truth while ensuring data quality, accessibility, and governance across the business\nLeading a team of data professionals, you will deliver meaningful reporting, analytics, and insights that provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities. Partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business outcomes.\nYOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and develop a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality reporting and insights.\n\nDevelop analytics, dashboard reporting for dedicated executives and functional leaders, foster trust in data by applying data risk governance principles.\n\nLeverage insights from data to anticipate future requirements to support decision making.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to define, track and enhance performance metrics, ensuring alignment to business priorities.\n\nTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision making and highlight risks and opportunities.\n\nEnsure data quality, governance and consistency across reporting outputs.\n\nProvide people leadership including performance management, quarterly check-ins and end-of-year outcomes, fostering an engaged and high-performing team culture.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and standardisation of reporting and insights practices across the function.\n\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nExperience\n10+ year experience in leading and delivering analytics and insights solutions from prototyping to product development and deployment, experience in working across the business to support cross-functional performance improvement.\n\nExperience with preparing business cases with estimation, requirements and implementation plan of the use cases, helping stakeholders to build value-adding analytics to drive decision making.\n\nExperience with coaching, mentoring and support of data team to build an engaging and collaborative team culture.\n\nExperience with analysing and manipulating complex, high volume data sets using SQL, Spark (Databrick) and/or Python, MS PowerBI with multiple user roles.\n\nWorking experience in a data consulting environment is a plus.\n\nQualification Requirements\nBachelor/Master degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline\n\nTHE BENEFITS AND PERKS\nWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
