To ideal candidate is someone that thrives at managing complex stakeholder relationships and programs involving many engineering teams onshore and offshore. You will work closely with senior technology leads, product owners and other project managers in Vietnam and Australia.\nMain Responsibilities\nCreate and manage the adaptive delivery plan for multiple Vietnam Engineering teams. Ensure it is integrated to the wider tribe end-to-end release plan.\n\nManage risks, issues, dependencies and continuous improvements plans for the Vietnam Engineering teams.\n\nProvide status reports regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issue, communicating across leadership.\n\nCoach teams towards being self-organised for Agile / Scrum ceremonies. But be prepared to facilitate when required.\n\nAccountable for the quality of Agile / Scrum ceremonies.\n\nManage the team capacity and negotiate priorities, timelines with Product Owners and other business stakeholders.\n\nLiaise with onshore/offshore engineering teams, business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of process.\n\nEnsure the release of features to production comply to NAB risk frameworks and educate the Vietnam engineering team in the use of the risk tools and framework.\n\nAbility to create and maintain relationships with wide range of stakeholders in Australia (e.g. Product Manager, Delivery Owners.\n\nCommunicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.\n\nSupport the Vietnam engineering teams in their communication to onshore teams and stakeholders\n\nFulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.\n\nYour Skills and Experience\n4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience.\n\n7+ years in Software Development environment.\n\nExcellent experience in SDLC methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, etc.\n\nProven ability to manage and delivery complex technology projects involve multip le engineering teams both onshore and offshore.\n\nExperience managing complex digital products (e.g. Online Banking, large digital projects).\n\nReal world experience with large scale Agile adoption, not just theoretical knowledge.\n\nStrong stakeholder management experienc e - raise and resolve blockers from the Vietnam team with onshore stakeholders.\n\nTechnically competent with various software programs like Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio & Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence.\n\nExperience with IT Service Management (e.g. Release Management) and experience with using Service Now or similar.\n\nStrong leadership and motivational skills and ability to present and negotiate with senior stakeholders.\n\nStrong English communication skills (verbal & written)\n\nExperience working in large enterprise organisations e.g. banking\n\nExposure to Microservices, Web and Cloud technologies\n\nDegree in Computer Science, Information System or similar\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP certification prefered)\n\nAgile - Certified Scrum Master\n\nTHE BENEFITS AND PERKS\nWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
