This role combines platform engineering, cloud operations, automation and AI platform support to ensure our AI services and data platforms remain secure, scalable and production-ready.\nYou will work closely with AI delivery squads, platform engineers, architects and business stakeholders to onboard new AI use cases, improve platform capabilities and drive operational efficiency.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOperate, support and continuously improve enterprise AI platforms and associated production environments.\nManage platform reliability, availability and performance across AI and data workloads.\nMonitor, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, service disruptions and performance issues.\nSupport onboarding and operationalisation of new AI use cases.\nImplement automation to improve platform support, operational processes and deployment pipelines.\nParticipate in platform upgrades, releases and change management activities.\nDevelop and maintain operational runbooks, technical documentation and support procedures.\nDrive platform observability through logging, monitoring and alerting capabilities.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to improve resiliency, scalability and operational readiness of AI workloads.\nContribute to platform governance, compliance and audit requirements.\nParticipate in post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to enterprise technology standards, security controls and operational best practices.\nFulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:\n7+ years of experience in technology environments.\nStrong experience supporting and operating production platforms or large-scale enterprise applications.\nHands-on experience with cloud-based data and AI platforms.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience with incident, problem and change management processes.\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycle and production support practices.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nPassion for operational excellence, automation and platform reliability.\nTechnical\nAWS services including S3, RDS, Redshift, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, EMR, Kinesis or similar cloud technologies.\nDatabricks, Apache Spark and Kafka.\nPython and SQL.\nCI/CD tooling and deployment automation.\nGitHub, Jenkins and platform automation tools.\nMonitoring, logging and operational support tooling.\nExperience supporting data, analytics or AI platforms in production environments.\nExperience deploying or supporting Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.\nFamiliarity with MLOps concepts and AI platform governance.\nUnderstanding of LLM evaluation methodologies and AI model lifecycle management.\nExposure to AI platform engineering, model deployment or AI infrastructure operations.\nTHE BENEFITS AND PERKS\nWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
