You will play a key role in designing scalable reporting solutions, defining performance metrics, and ensuring consistent, trusted data outcomes.\nYOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nPartner with business and domain stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, identify opportunities, and drive performance improvements through data and analytics.\nLead analytical initiatives to generate actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and outcomes.\nDesign, develop and maintain scalable reporting solutions, dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and other reporting tools.\nBuild and manage semantic data models, ensuring reporting solutions are scalable, reusable and aligned with enterprise standards.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define, standardise and govern KPI frameworks, business metrics and reporting definitions.\nTranslate complex data into clear business narratives and executive-ready insights for senior leaders.\nEnsure data quality, accuracy and consistency through appropriate validation, testing and control processes.\nProactively identify risks, dependencies, trends and opportunities to improve operational performance and business outcomes.\nContribute to Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation and stakeholder engagement activities.\nMaintain high-quality documentation for reporting solutions, data definitions, business rules and governance standards.\nFulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorised representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:\nPower BI: Strong hands-on experience in dashboard development, DAX, Power Query and data modelling.\nSQL and analysis: Ability to query, reconcile and investigate complex data across multiple sources.\nReporting ownership: Comfortable managing recurring weekly and monthly reporting, refreshes and production issues.\nData quality: Strong focus on accuracy, validation, controls and consistent KPI definitions.\nExecutive insights: Able to turn data into clear insights, risks and recommended actions.
