Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phases of the project\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nMust-have:\n7+ years of Project Management experience\nExcellent experience in Agile methodologies and ability to apply in practice\nProven ability to manage and deliver complex technology projects involving multiple engineering teams both onshore and offshore Experience managing complex digital products (e.g. Online Banking, large digital projects)\nStrong stakeholder management experience - raise and resolve blockers from the Vietnam team with onshore stakeholders;\nTechnically competent with various software programs like Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio & Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence Ability to manage financials and project plans \nStrong leadership and motivational skills and ability to present and negotiate with senior stakeholders\nStrong English communication skills (verbal & written)\nExperience managing projects in infrastructure/ networks/ mainframe/ operating system builds.\nNice to Have:\nExperience working in large enterprise organisations e.g. banking\nExposure to Infrastructure and Cloud technologies\nTertiary Degree in Finance, Banking or Accounting from a recognised institution is preferred.\nPost-graduate qualification is desirable\nTHE BENEFITS AND PERKS\nWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
