Working across the full software development lifecycle, this role contributes to design, build and continuous improvement of AI Program initiative solutions.\nThis role works closely with product owners, business analysts, delivery managers/delivery leads, and AI Program stakeholders to translate requirements and identified opportunities into reliable, scalable, and compliant technology solutions. This includes embedding AI-enabled capabilities such as automation, intelligent workflows or decision support features into systems to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and reduce manual effort.\nThis role has a strong focus on engineering quality, security, auditability, and compliance, ensuring that all delivered solutions support improved risk posture and align with NAB standards.
