Our passionate leaders recruit and develop high performing people, empowering them to deliver exceptional outcomes to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers and our communities.\nEssential capabilities\n- Strong MEP design and construction coordination capability\n- Sound understanding of HSE compliance, site safety and risk controls\n- Ability to oversee consultants, contractors, landlord and building management interfaces\n- Construction quality assurance, testing, commissioning and handover experience\n- Strong stakeholder management, communication and issue resolution capability\n- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi stakeholder project environment\nOther capabilities\n- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Teams\n- Working knowledge of project documentation, compliance records and reporting templates\n- Exposure to workplace fit-out, integrated systems validation and operational readiness\n- Familiarity with vendor governance, change management and risk tracking\nExperience\n- 12+ years of experience in MEP engineering, workplace fit-out, construction delivery, facilities engineering or project engineering\n- Proven experience in contractor oversight, quality control, commissioning and HSE coordination\n- Experience in commercial office, corporate workplace, technology enabled workplace or large fit-out projects preferred\nQualification Requirements\n- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related discipline\n- HSE certification, NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent preferred\n- Project management or facilities management certification preferred\nKey Accountabilities:-\nKey tasks, accountabilities and challenges of this role\n- Technical review and coordination of MEP designs and engineering solutions\n- Site based engineering, construction and HSE oversight\n- Contractor and consultant performance monitoring\n- Construction quality assurance, compliance checks and risk mitigation\n- Testing, commissioning, integrated systems validation and handover support\n- Coordination with landlord, building management, Technology, Operations, Security and workplace stakeholders\n- Support future asset transition, operational readiness and lifecycle management\nA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone:\nOur goal is to foster a culture that fills us with pride, rooted in trust and respect.
