Solution Architect

You own the technical architecture for our most strategic Fortune 500 engagements as a forward-deployed architect, a trusted voice to enterprise CIOs, and an internal owner of platform capabilities that compound across every deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Reimagine the workflow, not just automate it.
• Engineer the agentic stack at scale.
• Be the technical authority in the C-suite.
• Ground agents in real enterprise data.
• Responsible AI & traceability.
• Evaluation & verification.
• Platform compounding.

Requirements:

• 14+ years shipping production systems at enterprise scale real systems that ran and survived.
• End-to-end ownership of backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines, design through operation.
• Data lakes & warehouses: a working command of how data flows through an enterprise.
• Enterprise cloud fluency: AWS/Azure/GCP, event-driven architecture, Kafka-class streaming, durable execution, microservices.
• Strong CS fundamentals: distributed systems, concurrency, data structures, reliability engineering.
• Real-spine integration: ERPs, CRMs, legacy systems-of-record security and governance built in.
• Genuine hunger to move into agentic AI, with a real point of view on the paradigm.
• Exceptional communication: whiteboard an architecture, write a CIO memo, ship code by morning.
• Any hands-on LLM/GenAI exposure: side projects, internal tools, RAG prototypes, evals.
• Modern data stack depth: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Spark, streaming/CDC, lakehouse.
• Knowledge representation, data modelling, entity resolution, graph databases, ontology work.
• FDE / IT consulting architect-level, or pre-sales / solution architecture experience.
• Domain depth: CPG, Banking/FinServ, MedTech, or Industrial/Manufacturing.
• Observability, production tracing and automated eval/test pipelines.
• Public footprint talks, papers, OSS, design docs on systems or data architecture.
