About the Role
We’re seeking a Project Manager who brings strong leadership, organizational clarity, and a passion for design-driven outcomes. This role leads architectural projects from early planning through delivery, balancing design intent, technical excellence, budgets, and schedules while supporting team growth and client success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects through all phases-from planning and design through construction and closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and work plans.
- Guide and support project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Champion design quality while ensuring technical accuracy and constructability.
- Monitor project performance, proactively addressing risks, changes, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and specialty consultants.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 8+ years of professional architectural project experience. Healthcare or Education experience preferred.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project scopes.
- Proficiency with Revit and project management tools.
