The incumbent provides high quality, timely and efficient services, including PO's, travel and housing coordination and the submission of timesheets.\nJob Description\nProvide a high level of administration support to the project team\nReceive and screen all inbound telephone calls, emails and mail\nEvaluate, prioritize and distribute correspondence accordingly\nSet-up accommodations, which includes sourcing available rentals and furnishing, as required\nCoordinate and maintain housing logs\nCoordinate travel, as required\nOrganize and receive site deliveries\nBe the first point of contact, receiving visitors at site and addressing all inquiries\nProcess and manage Purchase Orders, as well as procurement of construction materials\nPrepare timesheets and submit to the Payroll Dept., on a weekly basis\nProcess monthly billing reports, as required\nRecord accurate meeting minutes\nMaintain the central filing system\nProvide all other duties as assigned\nRequirements\n2+ years’ experience working as an administrator or coordinator (construction industry experience is an asset)\nExperience with time and material tracking is an asset\nStrong knowledge of general office procedures\nSolid computer skills on programs such as, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills\nSuperior time management and multitasking skills\nResourcefulness and flexibility\nAbility to effectively interpret and implement company policies and
