This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects with global impact, alongside an inspiring team of professionals.\nRequirements\n-What will your day to day be like?-\nYou will:\nIdentify, network, and connect with prospective clients through outreach, meetings, and events.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationship s with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.\n\nProactively identifyupsell opportunities and renewal possibilities within the current client portfolio.\n\nMake persuasive presentations to prospective clients, as well as internal teams and executives, to showcase Nacar’s value proposition.\n\nGather and analyze valuable customer and competitor data to drive strategic business decisions.\n\nWork closely with squads and cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals for clients.\n\nNegotiate contract terms with clients and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deals.\n\nDevelop and manage strategic partnerships that align with Nacar’s growth objectives.\n\nDrive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.\n\nAnalyze and report business development metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies accordingly.\n\nShare retrospective insights regularly, highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and how to iterate for future success.\n\n-What are we looking for?-\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in the design industry, preferably in business development or sales roles\n\nProven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.\n\nStrong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate value effectively to diverse stakeholders.\n\nExperience in building and managing client relationships, with a consultative approach to problem-solving.\n\nA proactive mindset, with excellent networking skills and the ability to engage with prospective clients.\n\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage customer and market data to drive business decisions.\n\nExperience in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.\n\nFluent in English, with excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration.\n\nA goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\n\n-Why should you join?-\nWe also offer:\nPermanent contract.\nCompetitive salary\nHybrid working model -
