Is this something you feel identified with?\nWe're currently looking for a Design & Growth Lead to join our Bilbao studio - a hybrid and strategic profile to lead the growth and consolidation of our local team, combining design craft, strategic thinking, and business development.\nRequirements\n-What will your day to day be like?-\nThis is a triangular role built on three complementary pillars: Design, Strategy, and Business Development.\nYou will:\nActively participate in project execution as an embedded designer within the local team, contributing direct production capacity and ensuring quality in deliverables.\n\nEvolve and enrich the commercial narrative of the Bilbao studio, expanding the value proposition beyond its current scope - incorporating digital and experience layers into the portfolio.\n\nUpdate the studio's storytelling and positioning, building a broader, more contemporary and differentiated offer.\n\nDrive new business generation and active prospecting - identifying, approaching and converting new clients in the Bilbao market.\n\nDesign and execute networking events and formats (breakfasts, roundtables, etc.) to attract prospects and build brand awareness in Bilbao.\n\nDevelop a strategic growth plan, including a viability roadmap that identifies when and which additional profiles will be needed to sustain growth.\n\nWork closely with the existing Bilbao team to integrate seamlessly and multiply the impact of existing relationships and networks.\n\n-What are we looking for?-\nBackground in Industrial Design\n\nSomeone who can think, sell and make - with strategic vision, design sensibility and a genuine commercial vocation.\n\nStrong business development skills: ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new clients.\n\nStrategic mindset with the ability to craft and evolve a compelling value proposition.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills -
