from requirements gathering and data exploration to modeling, reporting, and delivery of insights;\nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business and strategic decisions;\nDesign, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using BI platforms;\nWork closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions and actionable metrics;\nDevelop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis;\nCollaborate with data engineering and IT teams on data quality, data governance, and data architecture topics;\nSupport the design and implementation of KPIs, metrics frameworks, and performance-tracking solutions;\nPerform statistical analysis, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions;\nEnsure delivery quality by following best analytical practices, documentation standards, and data validation processes;\nParticipate in reviews of analytical solutions and contribute to technical and methodological decisions;\nSupport production readiness, accuracy, maintainability, and reliability of analytical solutions and reports;\nMentor colleagues, share analytical knowledge, and contribute to the team's knowledge base;\nContribute to reusable analytical components, reporting standards, and data engineering practices.\nWhat skills and qualifications you need to have?\nAt least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field;\nStrong experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or similar;\nExperience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, GUUT, or similar;\nGood understanding of data modeling, data warehouse concepts, and analytical data structures;\nExperience with Excel and/or scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis;\nAbility to translate business requirements into clear analytical solutions and reports;\nAbility to prepare readable, well-documented, and reusable queries, models, and reports;\nSkills in preparing technical specifications and analytical documentation;\nAnalytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;\nTeamwork and deadline-keeping abilities.\nAs an advantage we consider:Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, or data transformation layers;\nExperience with Python, pandas, or similar libraries for data processing and analysis;\nExperience with version control systems such as Git or SVN;\nKnowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, security, and reliability principles;\nExperience working with BI teams, data engineering teams, or enterprise data architecture;\nUniversity degree in the field of statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, information technology, or a similar field;\nRelevant certificates in data analysis, BI tools, databases, or data-related technologies.\n\nWhy Information Services?\nYou will have the opportunity to participate in projects of national significance and be part of the digital future and transformation of Bulgaria.\nWhat you will get in addition if you join us?\nAdditional health insurance;\nPublic transport full coverage card;\nReferral bonus program;\nSkills development program;\nWork in a team with leading specialists;\nSpecially developed “Graduation” program;\nCoffee and fresh fruits at the office;\nAttractive office location.\nIf you are interested in this position, please send your CV.
