Working closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers, you will ensure our web-based products deliver exceptional usability while adhering to the highest standards of cybersecurity, performance, and maintainability.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for NACOS Marine digital products\nBuild and maintain secure, scalable web backend solutions using modern architectures and technologies\nCollaborate closely with UX Designers to transform wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality user experiences\nDevelop interactive features and ensure consistent visual design across applications\nContribute to software architecture and backend design using modern cloud and containerization technologies\nWork closely with Product Management, UX, and Software Development teams throughout the product lifecycle\nMaintain and evolve design systems, coding standards, and reusable components\nProduce and maintain technical documentation, development guidelines, and best practices\nEnsure web applications comply with cybersecurity, performance, and quality requirements\nStay up to date with emerging web technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices\n Key Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field\nMinimum 5 years of experience in web application development, including both frontend and backend technologies\nStrong experience with C#/.NET development and JavaScript\nExperience with modern frontend frameworks and design tools such as React, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools\nExperience developing scalable backend solutions using Microsoft Azure and containerization technologies such as Docker\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development best practices\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles and secure software development practices\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile development environment\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary and international teams\nExperience within Operational Technology (OT), industrial automation, or maritime environments is an advantage\nFluent in English, both written and spoken\nWhy choose us and why we'd choose you?\nAt NACOS Marine, you'll contribute to building modern digital solutions that support advanced maritime navigation and automation systems used around the world.
