They will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and data teams to transform requirements into impactful visual analytics.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex reporting challenges and creating exceptional user experiences within Tableau.\nRequirements\nDesign, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.\nCreate interactive visualizations that communicate complex data clearly.\nBuild and maintain calculated fields, parameters, sets, filters, and Level of Detail (LOD) calculations.\nOptimize dashboard performance and improve load times.\nDevelop reusable Tableau data sources and reporting frameworks.\nWork with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into dashboards.\nValidate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency.\nTroubleshoot dashboard issues and support Tableau users across the organization.\nEstablish and maintain Tableau development standards and best practices.\nDocument dashboards, calculations, and reporting logic.\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience.\nAdvanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud/Server.\nStrong expertise in:\nCalculated Fields\nLOD Expressions\nParameters\nSets\nDashboard Actions\nPerformance Optimization\nTableau Data Modeling\nExperience building executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with large datasets and complex reporting environments.\nFamiliarity with Tableau extracts, Hyper files, and performance tuning.\nBasic SQL skills.\nExperience with data
