Accommodation may be provided to eligible candidates, if required.\nPosition Summary:\nReporting to the Project Manager, the Construction Survey Coordinator is responsible for capturing and translating field data into accurate construction models to support project planning and execution. Combining surveying expertise with advanced technologies such as BIM, LiDAR, laser scanning, UAV/drone imaging, and robotic total stations.\nResponsibilities:\nField surveying using Trimble GPS and Robotic Total Station\nTranslate survey information into construction models to Identifiy construcability issues and conflicts before they arise\nLiaise with key stakeholders such as survey team, design firms, project team, to assist in the coordination of constructability, questions (RFI process) and the coordination of additional work\nPlan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations and other geodetic measurements\nLayout, control and reading/interpreting as-built drawings\nPrepare and maintain sketches, maps, data, plots, reports, records and documents related to surveys\nVerify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at site\nCalculate heights, depts., relative positions, property lines and other characteristics of terrain\nEffectively interact with other key NAC jobsite personnel working in a team environment\nPlanning and scheduling\nContract drawings and specification interpretation\nCoordinate the contractor’s review of shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contractual requirements\nAssist with project cost budgets and maintain programs to meet projected forecasts\nCoordination and instruction of all subcontractors under the direction of the Project Manager and/or Superintendent\nRequirements:\nConstruction related formal education program -
