You will collaborate with various teams to support financial processes, compliance requirements, and overall operational efficiency. The role supports senior Asset Compliance in monitoring operation activities and Site Managers with the third-party interaction like O&M providers to ensure assets are performing safely with optimal efficiency.Job Description:\nKey responsibilities and Authorities\nSupport compliance tracker for timeline of deliverables.\nSupport project onboarding, including set-up of document repository on SharePoint and reporting.\nMaintain and update permits tracker, obligations register, and documental archive for each asset.\nTrack and coordinate with contractors and vendors for work orders and completion in compliance with service agreements\nSupport reporting including monthly, quarterly, annual performance reports, corporate ESG sustainability reports, operational data submissions to government agencies.\nSupport SPVs governance engaging with local communities, landowners, and authorities , and where required coordinating with project partners for technical/financial regular reporting.\nSupport OPEX and budgeting processes, overseeing business-related PRs/Pos to ensure compliance with Company policies.\nSupport relationships with insurance brokers for claim assessment and follow-up.\nSupport service contracts and ensure fulfillment of related warranties in collaboration with the other COO areas (IT, HSQE, Asset Maintenance, Asset Excellence and Asset Performance).\nWork in the creation and support of quarterly reports in accordance with IFRS and Group accounting policies.\nSupport the local accounting advisor during year-end financial statement preparation.\nAssist the audit firm during semi-annual and annual audit activities.\nWhen required, behave as a backup of the Compliance Manager\nTechnical and cross Competences\nGood understanding of energy assets or industrial plants\nAdvanced IT skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.\nKnowledge of the local national regulatory framework and permitting processes and procedures, high valued.\nGood knowledge of complex ERP, with prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, highly valued.\nKnowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is considered a plus\nManagerial skills and behaviours\nInterest in asset management, operations and project lifecycle management\nAnalytical mindset and problem-solving attitude\nGood communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders\nProactive, structured and detail-oriented approach\nAbility to work in a team and support senior professionals\nEducation and Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or similar) or Industrial Organization\nAdditional education or exposure to economics, finance or asset management is a plus\nDuration: 6 Months\nSalary: 800 Euros a month + Ticket Restaurant\nLocation:\nMilano -
