You'll also develop and maintain documentation to ensure optimal blade conditions and reliability.Job Description:\nKey responsibilities and Authorities\nOversee wind turbine blade inspections and condition assessments, actively participating in developing fleet maintenance strategies to ensure routine inspections maintain optimal blade conditions.\nLead investigations into blade failures, collaborating with subcontractors or internal teams to perform root cause analyses, and delivering clear recommendations for corrective actions to enhance safety and reliability\nManage or support blade repairs and maintenance activities, evaluating methods and materials and prioritizing repair tasks to minimize downtime.\nCollaborate on technical due diligence for upgrades and solutions to address blade serial defects, contributing to the definition of Best Practices, processes, and procedures for optimized maintenance strategies.\nDevelop and maintain accurate documentation of blade inspections, maintenance activities, and repair histories, ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.\nTechnical and cross Competences\nProven blade repair or manufacturing experience (> 15 years)\nEnglish skills mandatory\nPortuguese, French or Italian is a plus.\nContractor management\nPlanning capabilities\nBudget control capabilities\nManagerial skills and behaviours\nOrganised and methodical mindset.\nCreative mindset\nSafety orientated.\nResults focused, drive and persistence.\nConfident and articulate communicator.\nTeamwork, developing relationships.\nCross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.\nEducation and Qualifications\nTechnical education on mechanical and composite material.\nTravel Requirements\nSame country and Western Europe.\nOccasional traveling.\nPay and benefits\nAt Nadara, we’re committed to creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.\nOur rewards package reflects that commitment, including flexible ways of working, continuous learning and development opportunities, and initiatives focused on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.\nWe recognise effort and dedication, and we make sure it’s matched with fair pay and meaningful benefits - join us and be part of an international renewable energy company that invests in both your personal and professional growth.\nSalary range: 40-50K + variable bonus and benefits\nThe compensation range indicated in the job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
