Have a look at the job description below.\nJob Description:\nMain responsibilities\nManage the grid connection processes and applications from initial assessment to final agreement, including engagement with key stakeholders and early identification of potential risks and issues;\n\nAnalyse potential connection options, associated costs, potential impacts on the programme and associated risks, providing technical inputs to risk registers;\n\nWork closely with the regional teams within the Nadara Group including project managers, project engineers, and business development managers to develop and manage project design for multiple projects;\n\nMonitor onshore transmission regulatory regimes and development to address the challenges and opportunities it represents for projects in Italy (and potentially other countries);\n\nParticipate in consultations and forums with government, regulators, TSOs and other stakeholders related to the development of onshore renewable energy;\n\nDefinition of the electrical layout of the project (feasibility/basic design/executive design), with main focus on HV and MV systems;\n\nChoice of the main equipment of the electrical project (cables, power transformers, substation layout etc.);\n\nTechnical support to Procurement Dept. during Request for Proposals for electrical station and main electrical equipment;\n\nPreparation of Nadara technical specifications to fulfill standardization purpose;\n\nDiscussion with equipment manufacturers to verify products and compatibility with the project.\n\nRequired skills & experience\nBachelor or master’s in electrical engineering or related discipline.\n\nAt least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of the Italian energy industry, including a clear understanding of the key concepts, regulation and stakeholders\n\nKnowledge and experience of the connection application process for E-Distribuzione and TERNA, including Web portals, Executive Engineering and Regional differences from the TSO/DSO\n\nExcellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders and partners, technical and non-technical)\n\nFull clean driving license\n\nFluent in Italian and English.\n\nKnowledge of MS Office\n\nDesirable skills & experience:\nManagement of consultants and contractors\n\nUnderstanding and experience of environmental and sustainability aspects\n\nKnowledge of other technologies e.g hydrogen\n\nAdditional languages skills\n\nPay and benefits\nWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
