We take a long-term outlook on the ownership, operation and growth of our company which is driven by the needs of our stakeholders.[ma1.1]\nBased in UK and reporting to the HSQE Development & Construction Manager, the HSE Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparation and construction phase of NADARA’s development pipeline of solar and wind projects.\nThe HSE Project Coordinator will work closely with the HSQE, Development and Execution Teams, consultants and contractors, ensuring that the projects are completed safely, on time, and with minimal impact on the environment\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development, implementation, and maintenance of Health & Safety policies and procedures in line with UK regulations.\nCoordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.\nDevelop and implement a Health & Safety and Environmental Plans and Emergency Response Plans for projects.\nConduct site inspections and audits.\nMonitor project progress and report its status to management.\nDevelop and ensure the site’s risk assessment and maintain compliance with control measures throughout the construction phase.\nImplement action plans concerning preventive and corrective activities at solar and wind farms.\nImplement and coordinate emergency procedures.\nProvide guidance to colleagues and contractors as required, e.g. guidance on method statements, safe systems of work, updated legislation etc.,\nDefineHSE training plans at a local level.\nProvide training to workers on safety and environmental practices.\nManage, monitor and analyse HSE performance data.\nRespond to and investigate accidents and incidents as required, ensuring clear investigations with identification of areas for improvement.\nEvaluate incident, observation, and other HSE data to identify trends, create, and implement Nadara specific HSE programs and processes to drive improvements.\nSupport on the identification of hazards, evaluation and control of professional and environmental risks.\nParticipate in the design of initiatives to promote environmental and safety awareness internally and externally.\nReview and validate HSE requirements in contracts during development phase.\nRelevant Experience & Competencies & Behaviours\nMinimum 5 years of experience as HSE as Project Coordinator in renewable energy sector, especially solar and wind power projects.\nGood understanding of CDM (Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015) and how they are implemented on construction sites within the UK.\nExperience in developing and implementing safety and environmental procedures.\nExperience in conducting site inspections and audits.\nExperience working with IS0 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nSolid knowledge of applicable UK HSE legislation, and technical guidance for high-risk activities.\nExcellent communication skills -
