The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, scalability, and performance of systems while supporting business growth and digital transformation initiatives.Job Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, deploy, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS).\n\nManage and monitor servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and network components.\n\nAdminister cloud environments, including compute, networking, storage, and security services.\n\nEnsure system reliability, performance, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.\n\nImplement and maintain security best practices, patching, and access controls.\n\nTroubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.\n\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and operations using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.\n\nCollaborate with application, security, and DevOps teams to support deployments and integrations.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and operational procedures.\n\nSupport capacity planning and cost optimization for on-prem and cloud environments.\n\nParticipate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption projects.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.\n\nProven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.\n\nStrong knowledge of on-prem infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, virtualization such as VMware/Hyper-V, storage, networking).\n\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\nSolid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).\n\nExperience with backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.\n\nFamiliarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell).\n\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\n\nCloud and/or infrastructure certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, VMware).\n\nExperience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.\n\nITIL knowledge or certification.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nProactive mindset and sense of ownership.\n\nAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nContinuous learning attitude.\n\nPay and benefits\nAt Nadara, we’re committed to creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.\nOur rewards package reflects that commitment, including flexible ways of working, continuous learning and development opportunities, and initiatives focused on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.\nWe recognise effort and dedication, and we make sure it’s matched with fair pay and meaningful benefits - join us and be part of an international renewable energy company that invests in both your personal and professional growth.\nEquality and equity\nNadara is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, deeply committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
