For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect.\nDiscover more about our culture and approach here: https://nadara.com/living-the-company/\nJob Description Summary:\nThe Junior Power Originator will support the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Route-to-Market (RtM) agreements, and other renewable energy commercialization solutions across European electricity markets.Reporting to the Head of European Origination, the successful candidate will support the development of commercial opportunities for wind, solar PV, and battery energy storage (BESS) assets, working closely with internal teams, in particular with the Dispatching and Back-Office Team, and external counterparties.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the identification and development of commercial opportunities across Europe.\nParticipate in international industry events, fairs, conferences.\nConduct market analysis covering pricing trends, regulatory developments, competitor activity, and market opportunities.\nSupport the origination, evaluation, and execution of PPA and RtM transactions.\nSupport the negotiation and drafting of said transactions.\nAssist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, pricing analyses, and internal approval materials.\nSupport commercial negotiations and contract execution processes alongside senior originators and traders.\nCollaborate with Legal, Finance, Development, Technical, Risk, Trading, and Back Office teams to deliver bankable commercial solutions.\nCollaborate with the Dispatching and Back-Office Team to build and maintain a portfolio of prospects.\nMaintain transaction pipelines, market intelligence, and internal reporting activities.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes, standard agreements, and market knowledge.\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Energy, or a related discipline.\nUp to 2 years of experience in renewable energy, power markets, energy trading, consulting, or a related commercial or analytical role. Relevant internships will also be considered.\nStrong interest in renewable energy and European electricity markets.\nBasic understanding of PPAs, RtM agreements, energy market fundamentals, and electricity pricing mechanisms.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nFluent English, written and spoken.
