For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect.\nDiscover more about our culture and approach here: https://nadara.com/living-the-company/\nJob Description Summary:\nWe are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to join our Growth Business Unit, based in Italy or in Spain.Job Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and manage integrated project schedules (from Level 1 up to Level 5) from baseline definition through periodic updates.\n\nSet, monitor and control schedule baselines, ensuring alignment between planned activities, actual progress and approved milestones.\n\nPerform critical path analysis, identify delays and risks, and provide reliable forecasts of key milestones and project completion dates.\n\nMonitor planning performance using appropriate progress measurement techniques, including schedule KPIs, S-curves and earned value analysis.\n\nPrepare recovery schedules, mitigation plans and time impact analyses to support decision-making related to delays or changes.\n\nCoordinate planning inputs across departments.\n\nReview EPC Contractors’ planning deliverables, ensuring logic integrity, realism and compliance with contractual requirements.\n\nLead planning review meetings and ensure effective follow-up of planning-related actions.\n\nProduce clear planning reports, including progress status, risks and forecasts, for project teams and management.\n\nApply and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning methodologies, tools and standards.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nMaster’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.\n\nSolid experience in project planning and scheduling within EPC, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects;
