ResponsibilitiesManage the overall execution of civil construction projects from mobilization through completion and handover.\n\nDevelop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.\n\nEnsure that construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable codes and standards.\n\nLead and manage the project team, including Site Engineers, Technical Office Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Supervisors, and subcontractors.\n\nCoordinate with the Client, Consultant, Project Management Team, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.\n\nReview project drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and other technical documents.\n\nCoordinate with the Technical Office to ensure timely preparation and approval of shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and method statements.\n\nMonitor project progress against the approved baseline schedule and take corrective actions when required.\n\nEnsure that construction activities are completed within the approved budget and contractual requirements.\n\nMonitor project costs, variations, claims, and potential financial risks in coordination with the commercial and quantity surveying teams.\n\nReview and approve procurement and material requirements in coordination with the Procurement Department.\n\nEnsure proper planning and allocation of manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.\n\nMonitor the performance of subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements.\n\nEnsure that all construction works meet required quality standards and approved inspection procedures.\n\nCoordinate with the QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.\n\nIdentify project risks, delays, technical issues, and potential contractual problems and implement appropriate solutions.\n\nConduct regular project progress meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.\n\nPrepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.\n\nMaintain effective communication with the Client and Consultant and address project issues professionally.\n\nReview and follow up on inspections, approvals, testing, and commissioning activities.\n\nEnsure proper documentation of project activities, changes, approvals, and correspondence.\n\nManage the project handover process, including snagging, testing, as-built documentation, and final handover.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, project procedures, contractual obligations, and applicable construction regulations.\n\nRepresent the company professionally in meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.\n\n10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in a reputable construction or contracting company.\n\nStrong experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects from planning through completion.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications, and project management principles.\n\nGood understanding of contracts, BOQs, variations, claims, and cost control.\n\nStrong knowledge of project planning and scheduling.\n\nProficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is preferred.\n\nGood command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.\n\nStrong English communication skills.\n\nExcellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving
