ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily construction activities on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.\n\nEnsure that all works are executed according to approved designs, quality standards, and applicable codes.\n\nReview and interpret IFC drawings, Shop Drawings, specifications, and technical documents.\n\nCoordinate with the Technical Office, Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and other site disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.\n\nMonitor the progress of works and ensure that activities are completed according to the approved project schedule.\n\nSupervise subcontractors and site teams and follow up on manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.\n\nInspect completed works and coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with project standards.\n\nIdentify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the Technical Office and Project Management.\n\nPrepare and submit Daily and Weekly Site Reports, including progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and site issues.\n\nMonitor quantities of executed works and coordinate with the Quantity Surveying/Technical Office team when required.\n\nEnsure proper implementation of approved Method Statements, ITPs, and Inspection Requests.\n\nCoordinate material deliveries and ensure that approved materials are used on site.\n\nEnsure compliance with HSE policies and site safety procedures.\n\nFollow up on project requirements, instructions, and corrective actions issued by the Project Manager or Consultant.\n\nMaintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, drawings, and technical instructions.\n\nAttend site meetings and provide updates regarding progress, technical issues, and project requirements.\n\nRequirements\nJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / relevant Engineering discipline, according to the project requirements.\n\n3–7 years of relevant experience in construction and site execution.\n\nProven experience working on construction projects with strong site supervision experience.\n\nGood knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution procedures.\n\nGood ability to read and understand technical drawings, Shop Drawings, specifications, and BOQs.\n\nGood knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, especially Excel.\n\nKnowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.\n\nGood knowledge of quality control and HSE requirements.\n\nStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage site teams and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and consultants.\n\nStrong follow-up skills with attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.\n\nMilitary Service: Completed / Exempted for Egyptian males.\n\nLocation: Hurghada .\n\nEmployment Type:
