The role ensures adherence to engineering drawings, work instructions, and ISO standards while delivering consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and on-time production targets.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, monitor, and control chassis manufacturing and assembly activities in line with approved production schedules.\n\nEnsure strict adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions during production.\n\nSupervise shop floor operations to ensure effective execution, resource utilization, and process compliance.\n\nMonitor production performance against defined KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.\n\nEnsure product quality across all stages of manufacturing, minimizing defects and rework.\n\nIdentify process gaps, analyze root causes of non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\n\nCoordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.\n\nDevelop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure process control and traceability.\n\nOptimize utilization of machinery, tools, and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.\n\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all production activities.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.\n\nMinimum 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations (preferably in automotive or heavy vehicle industry).\n\nStrong knowledge of chassis fabrication and assembly processes.\n\nProficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.\n\nGood understanding of ISO standards, quality systems, and process control methodologies.\n\nExperience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions(CAPA).\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to work in a
