infrastructure, including power systems, UPS, generators, cooling, fire detection and suppression, physical security and building management systems.\n\nManage planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, testing and emergency response.\n\nMaintain operating procedures, incident records, change controls, escalation processes and disaster recovery arrangements.\n\nLead incident investigations, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.\n\nCoordinate with facilities, network, IT, security and external service providers to meet service-level commitments.\n\nOversee capacity planning for power, cooling, rack space and connectivity.\n\nManage operational budgets, vendor contracts, spare parts and cost-control initiatives.\n\nMaintain operational dashboards and report on availability, incidents, capacity, service levels and customer issues.\n\nSales & Business Development\nDevelop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue, margin and customer-acquisition targets.\n\nIdentify prospects and opportunities for colocation, rack space, power, connectivity, cloud, hosting and managed services.\n\nBuild relationships with enterprise customers, government entities, telecom operators, cloud providers, system integrators and channel partners.\n\nUnderstand customer requirements and coordinate technical and commercial proposals.\n\nLead pricing, negotiations, contract reviews and commercial presentations in line with company policy.\n\nMaintain a healthy sales pipeline, prepare forecasts and provide regular updates to management.\n\nManage the sales cycle from lead qualification through proposal, negotiation, contract award and handover to operations.\n\nWork with marketing and technical teams to develop market positioning, customer presentations and service offerings.\n\nMonitor market developments, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.\n\nCustomer & Team Leadership\nAct as a senior escalation point for operational and service-related customer concerns.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with clients and ensure service issues are communicated and resolved promptly.\n\nLead, coach and develop operations and sales team members.\n\nSet team objectives, review performance and promote a culture of safety, accountability and customer service.\n\nCoordinate operational handovers for new customers and ensure agreed service requirements are documented and
