architectural, electrical, reflected ceiling, and MEP drawings.\n\nSelect compliant equipment and materials.\n\nPrepare costs for equipment, materials, installation, testing, and commissioning.\n\nDevelop proposals, quotations, compliance statements, and tender clarifications.\n\nCoordinate with Sales, Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams.\n\nIdentify discrepancies, exclusions, assumptions, qualifications, and variations.\n\nObtain supplier pricing, technical information, and product availability.\n\nPrepare supplier comparisons and support negotiations.\n\nPropose compliant value-engineering alternatives.\n\nUpdate estimates for addenda, revised drawings, and comments.\n\nMaintain price, supplier, estimation, and historical-cost databases.\n\nSupport handover with approved quotations, BOQs, and documentation.\n\nTechnical Knowledge\nAddressable and Conventional Fire Alarm Systems\n\nFire Detection and Alarm Systems\n\nEmergency and Exit Lighting Systems\n\nCentral Battery and Self-Contained Emergency Lighting Systems\n\nVoice Evacuation and Emergency Public Address Systems\n\nCause-and-Effect Matrix requirements\n\nBMS, HVAC, Access Control, Firefighting, and ELV interfaces\n\nNFPA 72, BS 5839, IEC standards, and relevant codes\n\nUAE Civil Defence regulations\n\nAutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications\n\nEstimation or ERP software and Excel costing tools\n\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n3-7 years of estimation experience in Fire and Life Safety or ELV systems.\n\nUAE or GCC experience preferred.\n\nKnowledge of BOQs, material take-offs, costing, tender estimation, and supplier negotiation.\n\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and commercial skills.\n\nAttention to detail and ability to meet multiple tender deadlines.\n\nKey Deliverables\nAccurate BOQs and material take-offs\n\nCompetitive estimates and quotations\n\nTechnical compliance
